Vincent Dezso, a man from Boston, USA, has been accused of breaking into a Braintree nursing home and stripping stark n*ked in the room full of people including a 92-year-old patient with dementia.

His bail has been set at $50,000 cash after he was arraigned.

According to The Patriot Ledger, Vincent Dezso, 40, was arraigned Monday on charges of unarmed burglary, trespassing, larceny from a person, open and gross lewdness, possession of class B and E drugs, disturbing the peace, possession of a false vehicle registry document, larceny under $250 and two counts of defacing property. He was ordered held after his bail in an unrelated larceny case was revoked.

The staff at Royal Braintree Nursing & Rehabilitation Center at 95 Commercial St. called police at about 2:45 Thursday morning and said there was an unknown man in a resident's room, according to court documents. When officers arrived, they found Dezso wearing only pants, with no shirt or underwear, police said.
Officers said that Dezso claimed to have no memory of the incident, saying he had a brain injury.

"It was obvious to officers on scene that Vincent was under the influence of some type of substance," one officer wrote in their report.
Staff at the nursing home told police that a nurse doing rounds of the facility had heard a noise in one of the rooms, so she checked in. That's when she saw Dezso, totally naked, standing behind the occupant of the room, a 92-year-old woman, according to police.
Police said they're investigating the incident as a possible sexual assault because the woman, who has dementia, couldn't say whether Dezso touched her. Medical personnel at the scene found no injuries, but the woman was taken to South Shore Hospital so she could be examined for evidence of rape.
As officers investigated the building further, they found a ladder in an alleyway on the outside of the building leading up to the window of the victim's room. They found prescription pill bottles at the base of the ladder, according to the reports.
Police also say that Dezso had a driver's license and an ID keycard belonging to other people. He told officers that the victim was his girlfriend's godmother, and then that the victim was the godmother of a friend of his girlfriend, police say. He then told police that he was there to clean the room, according to the reports.
Officers called the victim's children, who said that they had never heard of Dezso, police wrote in the reports.
Braintree police Chief Paul Shastany declined to comment on the case and referred questions to a spokesman for the district attorney's office who could not be reached Tuesday evening.

Staff at the rehabilitation center also declined to comment Tuesday evening.
